Located in one of Madrid's finest neighborhoods it is only three blocks from Plaza Colon with its Cultural Centre of Madrid, Biblioteca Nacional and Museo Arqueologico. Metro one block away and underground parking close by. Payment Policy: An initial NON-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 40% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking within 2 days of reservation completion. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card 32 days before your arrival. Payment is required in full before entry and is non-refundable, although in the event of cancellation credit for up to 90% of the total value will be given for future bookings.
