Rich wood tones and light textiles surround you. High above the street and over looking patios, it is a quiet and refreshing airy after a day of touring Madrid or work. Located in one of Madrid's finest neighborhoods it is a short ride from all sights of interest. Capacity for up to 6 people Two doors down Apartamento 2G Barrio Salamanca Norte you will find a supermarket if you elect to stay in and cook in your fully appointed kitchen. Air conditioning insures your comfort in the warmer months. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the living room sofa converts into a double bed for parties of five or six. Close to the apartment you will find as well Paseo de la Castellana where many of the large corporations are located, and Serrano, one of the finest shopping avenues in Europe. A pleasant portero greets you in your passing out to the Metro station just 50 feet away. If you are driving, a parking space is avialable. Chose your arrival dates carefully and you can walk three blocks to the Plaza de Toros. Five Metro stops away finds you in Puerta del Sol, the heart of Madrid and geographic center of Spain. Payment Policy: An initial NON-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 40% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking within 2 days of reservation completion. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card 32 days before your arrival. Payment is required in full before entry and is non-refundable, although in the event of cancellation credit for up to 90% of the total value will be given for future bookings.
