Location:
Antonio Grilo offers a great location to start your trip into the heart of the city and do all your shopping in the exquisite commercial area of Hortaleza, Fuencarral and Preciados streets. At ten minutes walking Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Santa Ana, Teatro Real, Palacio de Oriente and its gardens and the neighborhood of Madrid de los Austrias.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- An initial non-refundable deposit and booking fee are required to complete your booking.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 15% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer, never check.
- Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
- You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 200 upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment.
NOTE: Additional cleaning fee per stay (not included in the final rate): Eur 40.00
