Apartment Barcelo Tribunal is located in the Plaza de Barcelo and the Fuencarral Street, which goes direct to the Gran Via Street and to the Glorieta de Bilbao. Its location means that are in the heart of Madrid and do not need any transport to visit the main tourist and cultural places, although the metro and bus are right beside the apartment. The most fashionable districts in Madrid are either side aswell - the Chueca and Malasaña quarters.

Apartment Barcelo Tribunal has a capacity of up to four people and has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. This very sunny apartment with two balconies to the street. It has an independent living room with and a double sofa-bed and an independent kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed.

Compulsory cleaning fee: € 40.00:
Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of € 40.00, which includes a complete change of towels and sheets.

How to get there:
Metro stations: Apartamento Barcelo Tribunal is nearby Bilbao, Alonso Martinez, San Bernardo and Gran Via - less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment is very well linked with all public transport.

Additional cost late arrivals:

• Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of € 30.
• Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of € 50.

Additional cost early check out:

• Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of € 30.

Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, there will be a 4% additional commision charge. On your arrival, you will be asked for authorisation for your credit card. We will keep the authorisation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok).
