Besson apartment is a 38m2 penthouse situated on the 4th and last floor of a building without elevator in the heart of the “Barrio de las Letras” (Literary Neighbourhood) next to the Caixa Forum Cultural Centre. It consists of a living room with an open kitchen. In it, there’s a double sofa bed. Besides, a bedroom with terrace which has another double sofa bed and a bathroom. Capacity for up to 4 people.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 30.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
