Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia were relocated to a new building, by 2002, on a quiet street, only 5 minutes walk from The Puerta del Sol and 50 meters from the Gran Via. They are perfect for visitors who want more independence than a traditional hotel, while still receiving a high level of attention and service.

Nearby are bars, restaurants, cafeterias and shops. One can buy food at the the Corte Inglés supermarket only a few blocks away. Although these apartments have been recently built, care was taken to ensure that the facade maintained the antique style of the buildings in the area.
The floors are marble and the materials, furnishings and fixtures have all been chosen for their quality and consistency with the building's character.The apartments themselves are bright with an exterior balcony.
