Apartamento Cameron is a 30m2 studio located on the top floor of a magnificent building, in the university district of Moncloa. Apartamento Cameron is a studio apartment with a double bed and sofa bed. The space in the apartment doubles thanks to a spacious terrace, which is particularly pleasant during the summer. Capacity for up to 4 people.

There is much to choose from in terms of dining and leisure options. The Princesa boulevard, full of clothes shops, is only a few steps away and the Parque del Oeste, the "green lung" of the district, is also very close by.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 30.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
