Apartment Chueca IV is located at Chueca neighborhood,  just a few minutes from the Plaza Mayor, through the Gran Via, the new shopping street of Fuencarral, or neighborhoods as castizo Malasaña and La Latina, northwards communicates with the Plaza Colon, and drive Prado (which contains major museums in Madrid, El Prado, Reina Sofia, Caixa Fórum and Thyssen Bornemiza) through the Paseo de la Castellana, the main artery of the capital.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 40.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
