Costner/Lang Apartments is a group of 2 apartments (45m2 each) that occupies the 6th floor of a magnificent and modern building, with several elevators. Each one has a spacious living room (with kitchen built-in) in which we have installed a comfortable sofa bed for two and one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom.

Sol neighborhood is the epicenter of Madrid. The statue of the emblem of the city in the Puerta del Sol is the meeting point par excellence for both the Madrid and for tourists visiting the city. From the Puerta del Sol provides access to the three main pedestrian shopping streets: Preciados, Carmen and Arenal. Other main streets running through the neighborhood are the Gran Via and Calle Mayor. From the first one we reach the Plaza España and the Plaza de Cibeles, and through the second the Plaza Mayor and the Palacio Real. 

The neighborhood is very well equipped with all services, from restaurants and bars to any trade or activity (language schools, banks, exchange houses, etc.) To the area of museums (Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen Bornemizsa ) is accessed by foot in 10 minutes. As for the cuisine, the area is full of many of the most traditional restaurants in town and many bars, nightclubs and discos.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee per apartment (not included in the final rate) Eur 30.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
