Apartment Esparteros is a loft type apartment located in Madrid city centre, right in the middle of Puerta del Sol. Apartment Esparteros has been competely refurbished and fitted with new furniture. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift access. The living room has a large double sofa bed and it is complete with air conditioning. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and is completely equipped. Capacity for up to 3 people.

There is a single bed based raised to about a 2 meter height with access by a ladder. There are 2 large windows looking onto a patio and allowing a lot of natural light in the apartment, also due to being located on the 5th floor the natural light can enter the apartment.

Location:

Imposible to beat the location for an apartment in the centre of Madrid. Right in the middle of La Puerta del Sol and just 100 meters away is la Plaza Mayor, this is the old part of Madrid sustained with typical architecture from the times called “Los Austrias”. A perfect location to make visits around the city by foot from the apartment.

Nearby places of attraction include El Palacio Real and the most prestigious museums of the city, as well as cinemas, theatres, the famous Opera of Madrid, and many shops. The area is full of city life, in which you can find many typical Spanish bars and restaurants along with some live music groups keeping the night authentically lively. The closest metro is Sol on line 3 (yellow line)

Payment policy:

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by bank transfer or paypal (the owner will contact you). The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee: Eur 50.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00
