Ford Apartment is a 45m2 flat located in the district of Malasaña. Since the 1980s, this area has turned into a true fashion hotspot, in which you can find some of the best shops in the city. It's also the perfect place to go out for a few drinks or some tapas. Ford Apartment offer a double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Capacity for up to 2 people.

The streets in the area converge at the Plaza de Dos de Mayo, which in summer is full of terraces which prove very popular. And we can't forget its proximity to the city centre, as well as the Chueca district, one of the most fashionable in Madrid.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
