Apartment Forman is a 75m2 apartament situated on the fifth floor of a historic building located on the Atocha street next to the Reina Sofia museum. It consists of a spacious living room, which has installed a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a double bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Capacity for up to 6 people.

Location:

Its proximity to the circuit of the museums (Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen, Caixa Forum) as well as the Historic Area of the city makes it a unique option. Very important, Forman apartment is next to the Atocha train station and communicates with the axis of the Castellana Avenue.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 50.00 

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
