Apartment Gran Via 1 is located in the heart of Madrid in one of the most visited streets of downtown Gran Via at only 200 m away from the Puerta del Sol. It is a great location to start your trip into the heart of the city and do all your shopping in the exquisite commercial area of Hortaleza, Fuencarral and Preciados streets. At ten minutes walking Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Santa Ana, Teatro Real, Palacio de Oriente and its gardens and the neighborhood of Madrid de los Austrias.

It is located on the 6th floor. The apartment has recently been redecorated considering its wood beams that give a kind of welcoming and warm air. The kitchen, the living and the dinning room are all made in wooden floor. Central heating and Air conditioning. One room has a double bed, two side tables, wooden wardrobe and window thru wich you can see the roofs of an archaic Madrid. The bathroom is connected to the living and has a bathtub, sink and a WC.

The public transport to the city is guaranteed as the Gran Via subway station (lines 1 and 5) stands at 10 feet away long with lots of bus stations reaching to all directions.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 15% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer, never check.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
- You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 200 upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment.
