Apartamento Plaza Mayor is located next to the Plaza Mayor, in the historical heart of the Madrid. Situated between Palacion and Sol quarters and a walking distance from Royal Palace, Sol and Opera House, and less than 15 minutes from Prado Museum. Located in the last floor of a renovated historical building, it has magnificent views over the city, even of the Madrid North Hills. Capacity for up to 4 people.

The apartament, with 65m2, has a spacious living-dinning room with single sofa bed and with three windows to the street, 1 bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds, kitchen fully equipped and complete bathroom.

Less than 5 minutes walking from Sol and Opera subway station, it has also multiple city bus connections.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Children under 2 years old are free. Baby cot (on request).

Payment Policy: 

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required
by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 8 days, it will be compulsory at least one cleaning more).

Additional cost: 30.00 € (Arrivals or departures from 21:00h-7:00h, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking.

	Apartment (3-6 nights): Apartment for up to 4 people with 1 bedroom with double bed + living-dining room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom. Taxes included (7% VAT).
