Polanski apartment is ideal for a large family or for a group of friends sharing. There are 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and a living room complete with sofa bed and dining table with seating for 4, with further chairs available on request. The apartment also has internet connection, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and central heating throughout. It is located on the first floor, with a lift, and is only 200m from the entrance to the La Latina metro station.

Location: 

The La Latina district is constantly changing, yet still manages to preserve the true charm of Madrid. Situated very close to the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, and full of bars and restaurants, it is also home to the most famous market in Madrid, the Rastro flea market, which takes place every Sunday and on holidays in and around the Cascarro square.

Polanski apartment is ideally located for visiting the city centre on foot, as well as for experiencing the streets of Segovia, Bailén and also Toledo from which you can access the Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol. These are only 10mins from the apartment.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 50.00 

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
