Princesa House is an apartment very well situated in the city centre. From its balconies, opening to one of the most notorious streets of Madrid, you will enjoy a nice panorama of Madrid. Princesa House is a 55 sq m. apartment, next to the Plaza de España. Capacity for up to 4 people.

Located in a third floor of a building distant only a few meters from Plaza de España, the apartment has a living room with a sofa-bed (1.35 x 1.80). A pretty balcony opens to the well-known Princesa Street, giving access to the natural light into the flat. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen with a dining area. The sleeping-room, with double bed and another TV set, also has a balcony to Princesa Street. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and conditioned air in the living room and the dormitory. 

The building, in good state of conservation, has an elevator, although there are 20 steps to have access to it.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 7 days, it will be compulsory at least one more cleaning).

Additional cost: 30.00 € (Arrivals or departures from 21:00h-7:00h, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount.
