Location:
The district of Cuatro Caminos is located only 10mins walking distance from the business areas of Castellana, AZCA, Bernabéu and Nuevos Ministerios. These areas are filled with bars and restaurants, as well as playing host to the Orense retail centre. It is also very close to Plaza de Castilla, another business hub. The district has a very multicultural flavour with many small independent shops. Furthermore, it is very well connected to the historic city centre, not only by Metro but also by bus.
Likewise, the Madrid Barajas Airport and the train station of Charmartín are within easy reach. The district plays host to one of the most typical retail centres of Madrid, namely the Mercado me Maravillas. The so called green lung of the area, the Dehesa de La Villa, is also located close by.
Payment Policy:
An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.
Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
