Apartamento Tirso de Molina Rastro is in the heart of the typical Rastro neighbourhood. Apartment ideal to enjoy most pureblooded Madrid, that city that combines most typical places and a multicultural atmosphere. On Sundays the district becomes and animated market, a must-see attraction in Madrid. A walk away from Puerta Sol or Plaza Mayor, and easy to get (walking) to Prado Museum or Royal Palace. The apartment is near trendy Latina, or gay Chueca, open to all kind of people. The district of Lavapies, known as the alternative quarter, is a walk away.

The apartment in a comfortable second floor, has an ample iluminated living room with sofa and dining table for four people. From the balcony you will see the ambience of the Rastro streets. The sofa can become a comfortable double bed. The kitchen with all neccesary appliances, opens towards the living area through a funny bar. It has a sleeping room with double bed and a pretty bathroom with shower.

Located next to four metro stations: Latina (line 5), Tirso de Molina (line 2), Lavapies (line 3) and Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3).

Towels and bed linen are included.

Pets are not allowed.

Children under 2 years old are free. Baby cot (on request).

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 8 days, it will be compulsory at least one cleaning more).

Additional cost for arrivals after 20:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00 and departure in bank holidays additional cost: Eur 30.00

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking.

	Apartment (3-6 nights): Apartment for up to 4 people with 1 double bedroom + living-dining room with double sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom. Taxes included (7% VAT).
