Antón Martín is one of the most typical districts in Madrid and is located right in the centre, only a few minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Santa Ana or the Reina Sofía Museum. The area is packed with bars and restaurants. All kinds of shops are available and the Tirso de Molina metro station is only 200m from the apartment. Furthermore, the Ideal cinemas, which show films in their original language, are only 400m away as is as the Calderón Theatre.

The area also plays host to a number of alternative theatres and small local venues offering a great atmosphere. If you walk along Atocha Street you will end up at the Reina Sofía Museum and from there on, passing through the Paseo del Prado, you can access the Thyssen and Prado Museums. It is also very close to Atocha train station, from which you can take the high-speed AVE train lines to Seville and Barcelona.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 60.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
