Proarquinsa Apartments offers you a luxury apartments in the city center, a good alternative to the usual hotel stay. Economic apartments in which you can enjoy of more space to the best hotel suite, as well as more privaty.

Surroundings

Proarquinsa Apartments next to one of the most tipycal areas of Madrid, a few meters away form the most touristic, popular and crowded street market of this city, known as  "El Rastro". Going for a walk you can visit the "main square" a "land mark" in Madrid; "Puerta del Sol" with its famous "km 0" of Spain road network; "Opera" area with its famous Opera Theatre, The Royal Palace with Sabatini Gardens, Almudena Cathedral, and few meters awa from the Famous  "Moor´s Garden" a beutiful garden wich is worth visiting.

Ten minutes walking we get to the most important museums of Madrid, susch as Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum and Thyssen Gallery.

We suggest a tour on foot around the most typical area taverns, where you´ll be able to taste, the best "tapas" in Madrid as well as huge range of wines and fine cousine. This area is located a few meters awa form main square, near Latina underground station.

Special Conditions:

• Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00
• Check-out time is between 8:30 and 11:00
• If you wish to check in before 15:00,  please let us know,  and we will try to accommodate you
• If the apartment is ready,  you will be able to check in earlier
• If there aren¨t any guests checking on the same day; you can stay in the apartment until 3 P.M
• For entrances after 10.00 P.M :30 euros were charged.
  

Rate does NOT include:

• Compulsory Cleanning Fee: 40 Eur

PAYMENT POLICY:

• A Eur 200.00 deposit is required by the owner at check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• The balance due must be paid on arrival
