The Apartmento Amor de Dios are housed in an old, charming yet completely refurbished building on Amor de Dios street. The apartments occupy the 3rd floor and each one is bright and spacious with two balconies overlooking the street.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has 1 double-bed and the others have a single bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and the living room has a decorative 19th century chimney.

The apartment includes :

Living room:
Free Internet ADSL WI-FI, air-conditioning, telephone (free local and national calls), Sony Trinitron 28" TV with 40 national & international channels, Pioneer DVD + films, VHS Panasonic video + films, Play-station + games, Hi-Fi Sony with CD player, MP3 + CDs, small library

Bedrooms:
Complete bed linen and sets of towels, eiderdown. High-chair & cot available for babies or small children.

Kitchen:
Washing machine, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, Vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, electric juice-maker, mixer, iron, vacuum-cleaner, clearing products.

Bathroom:
Thermo shower, hair-dryer, complete set of towels per person.

Special Notes:

• Additional cleaning fee: € 40.00 (for stays between 2 to 7 days). Extra € 40.00 per week.
  
• A guarantee deposit € 200 in cash (this amount can be used to compensate the owner for any damage done in the apartment furniture during your stay). This amount will be returned to you the last day of your stay.
  
• Minimum stays: 2 nights
  
• Please, bear in mind you will have to PAY IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.

Location:

• The apartments occupy a charming old house set in the historic Las Letras or Huertas district of Madrid, one of the most interesting areas of the city, where Cervantes, Lope de Vega and Quevedo once lived.
• The apartments are just 2 minutes from the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia museums, and very close to Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the Botanic Gardens and the Plaza Mayor.
• It is only 5 minutes from Retiro Park, Gran Via, Cibeles Square and the Almudena Cathedral, as well as many theatres, cinemas, restaurants and tapas bars.
• Anton Martín metro station is just round the corner and there is public parking nearby. The historic Anton Martín market, selling fresh fruit and vegetables is also very close.
