Salvia 4 Apartments are a newly built (February 2009) group of 15 apartments located in a modern building close to the financial and commercial area in Madrid (Kio Towers, Castilla Square, Cuatro Torres Business Area CTBA, Santiago Bernabeu...)
Public transport 50m. Ten minutes on the Metro from the Puerta del Sol, historical and cultural centers, museums, etc ... Access to all exits of the city: Airport of Barajas, Estacion de Chamartin, Ifema.

- A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
