Apartamento Alba are studios located just off the Puerta del Sol and are within walking distance of most of the major museums and other sites of interest in the city. The studios occupy the third floor of a refurbished five-storey building and each one is comfortable, functional and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds. Each studio is bright, spacious and has two balconies facing onto the street. Services: - Bath with shower.

- TV.
- Kitchen fully equipped with: washing machine/dryer, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery.
- Cleaning and bed linen and towels provided for every new stay.
- Weekly cleaning included in the price.
- Lift.
Location: - The apartment is located very near the Puerta del Sol (50 meters).
- The nearest metro station is "Sol" (lines1, 2 and 3).
- In your confirmation email for your reservation you will have contact detais to pick up the keys.
Additional cost late arrivals: Arrivals after midnight - extra charge of ? 30. You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 100.00 upon your arrival (for stays from 2 to 7 days), Eur 150.00 (for stays more than 1 week), Eur 200.00 (for stays more than 20 days). We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
