Apartamento Alba are studios located just off the Puerta del Sol and are within walking distance of most of the major museums and other sites of interest in the city. The studios occupy the third floor of a refurbished five-storey building and each one is comfortable, functional and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds. Each studio is bright, spacious and has two balconies facing onto the street. Services: - Bath with shower.

- Kitchen fully equipped with: washing machine/dryer, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery.
- Cleaning and bed linen and towels provided for every new stay.
- Weekly cleaning included in the price.

Location: - The apartment is located very near the Puerta del Sol (50 meters).
- The nearest metro station is "Sol" (lines1, 2 and 3).
- In your confirmation email for your reservation you will have contact detais to pick up the keys.
Payment Policy: An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat. Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 60.00 Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
