Apartment Latina VI is an exclusive and luxurious 120m2 duplex, loft type, full of charm and style located in La Latina neighborhood. Latina VI offers a minimalist decoration based on the prominent white colour in all the rooms, combined with an exquisite style of dark blends present in the furniture, and other more light ones on the floor and stairs. The building itself has been restored and the stairwell still shows the beautiful wide arch roof design. Capacity for up to 2 people.

Apartment Latina VI consists of a separate kitchen-dining room, lounge, a bedroom and a bathroom. Both the furniture and the equipment have been carefully chosen, as for quality and design, to obtain the luxury and comfort capable of satisfying the preferences of our clients.

Latina VI has the following distribution:

Ground floor one finds the spacious kitchen-dining room, modern and perfectly equipped, and a space meant for a lounge with a sofa bed.
Top floor it has the main bedroom with a built-in bathroom.

Location:

Latina VI is located in the La Latina (in the very historical centre), three hundred meters away from Puerta del sol (our km 0). Two minutes walk from the emblematic Plaza mayor, meeting point for locals and visitors, as well as the stage of a multitude of artistic and popular events.

La Latina is close to "el Rastro", the most famous flea market in Spain, and next to the "cava alta" and "cava baja" streets, indispensable for tasting our authentic best meals and wines, tapas included. Simply the perfect location for top gastronomy. Besides this, the apartment is surrounded by most of the museums ,theatres, cinemas, all emblematic monuments -the royal palace is barely five minutes walking- and settings where it is possible to easily enjoy Madrid's rich culture.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable 12% deposit is required to complete your booking.
A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee: 70.00 Eur

Arrivals between 21:00h - 02:00h will have an additional fee: 30 Eur

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
If you cancel between 40 and 59 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
If you cancel between 30 and 39 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 50% of the total amount
100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date or in case of No-Show.

Amendments:

Any amendments made 60 days or less prior to arrival will be taken as a new reservation and the cancellation policy will be applied.
