Located in the centro district, in the heart of Madrid, the Palace neighbourhood houses some of the most remarkable architectural monuments of the city, among them, the Royal Palace and the Opera House. Wide squares, sumptuous public gardens and charming streets characterise this area where one can find small boutiques, cafes and numerous recommended restaurants. Palace is know as an excellent shopping area with its famous Arenal street; one of the busiest shopping streets of Madrid. Being the oldest in Madrid, at walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, and Plaza de Espana, one could say that it is the most traditional and cosmopolitan area of Madrid.

The apartment has a large living room with a sofa that seats 3, two smaller sofas, a dinning area with a table with capacity for 4 people, a kitchen, a bathroom with hot bath tub, a master bedroom and a loft bedroom. The apartment has 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The apartment is very quiet, since the windows overlook a quiet back street.
