Apartamento Sol is a charming apartment, located just off the "Plaza de Jacinto Benavente", very close to the "Puerta del Sol", the center of the city, in a historic part of Madrid which contains the "Plaza Mayor", Madrid of the Austrias and near the "El Rastro" with its famous sunday morning flea market. Housed in a building which has been totally reformed, the orignal façade has been conserved and restored to ensure that the traditional atmosphere is preserved. The apartment entrances are all reached via a large glass-covered inner courtyard. This building has its own swimming pool, open in summer months, a rather special luxury in Madrids long hot summer days. The Apartment Sol consists of: - An independent bedroom two beds with embedded closet.
- A living room with double sofa-bed, TV.
- A kitchenette with dish washer, refrigerator, stove-top dishes at cutlery fully equipped for 4 people.
- A space for for laundry, with washing machine/dryer.
- A marble floored bathroom with bathtub.
General services: - Adjustable individual Heating.
- Security locked door.
- Air conditioning.
- Weekly cleaning.
- Bed linen and towels.
- Private outer swimming pool (no extra cost).
- Public parking nearby (Pza. Benavente Jacinth).
Additional cost late arrivals: Arrivals after midnight - extra charge of Eur 30.00 You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 100.00 upon your arrival (for stays from 2 to 7 days), Eur 150.00 (for stays more than 1 week), Eur 200.00 (for stays more than 20 days). We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
