Ave Maria is a pretty studio duplex located in a typical building of Madrid, is in a historical street, 5 to 15 minute walk from main train station and city center. The perfect home down town Madrid, in a very popular, multicultural, young and cool district, close to Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado Museum, El Rastro (Sunday Market), Puerta del Sol, etc. The studio, in a third floor, with no lift but easy stairs, leads out to a yard, so is very calm and sunny. A nice place, easy to hold and keep clean, very well communicated and in a popular area full of bars, restaurants, theatres, etc. Capacity up to 4 people.
