The perfect home down town Madrid, in a very popular, multicultural, young and cool district, close to Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado Museum, El Rastro (Sunday Market), Puerta del Sol, etc. The studio, in a third floor, with no lift but easy stairs, leads out to a yard, so is very calm and sunny.
