Estudio Ave Maria is a pretty studio located in an old, typical building of Madrid. The apartment is in a historical street of the district, Ave Maria street, next to the Teatro Valle Inclán and of the Plaza Lavapies.

Capacity up to 3 people.

Estudio Ave Maria is on the sunny and calm 3rd floor, with no lift but easy stairs. It has a hall with a sofa bed for two people, an attic with double mattresses, a kitchen and a complete bathroom.

• A guarantee deposit 200 Euro in cash - this amount can be used to compensate the owner for any damage done in the apartment furniture during your stay. This amount will be returned to you the last day of your stay.
