Studio Tirso is a beautiful 25m2 studio recently renovated and very quiet, located in a nice historical building at Tirso de Molina Square, the Flowers Market, close to the centre of Madrid. Nearby you will find Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, The Royal Palace or different museums like Reina Sofia or Prado Museum. There is a metro station opposite the studio (Line 1). Capacity for up to 2 people.

Studio Tirso is a very quiet studio facing an interior patio. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom and a living room with a sofa that turns into a bed.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable 15% deposit is required to complete your booking.
A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
An additional booking charge of 50% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

Additional Compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00

Addittional costs for:

Early check in (from 7.00am to 9.00am)
Late check in (from 8.00pm to 00.00h)
Check in between 00.00h - 2.00am

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days in advance you will have no charges (except the 15% deposit already paid)
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 40% of the total amount
100% of down payment if you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of No-Show.
