Estudio Plaza Mayor is comfortable, bright and very relaxing, with wonderful views of the oldest part of Madrid, the Almudena Cathedral and the Madrid mountains. This studio is perfect for two people but there is space for a third. The main bed is situated on the mezzanine floor and guests will love the oriental and arabic inspired decor. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.

Estudio Plaza Mayor is located in a completely refurbished building in the historic part of Madrid, the Austrias area. The studio is right in the centre of the city- just a two minute walk from the main square (Plaza Mayor) and five minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Charming restaurants and tapas bars are also very close by. You can visit almost everything on foot. Perfect connection with all modes of transport.

Note:
A deposit of € 75 is required before taking the apartment. A full refund of the deposit will be made once the keys have been returned and after a final inspection of the apartment and the furniture are in order and undamaged.
