Luxury Prado Museum Apartment is a luxury and modern apartment with a fantastic views of the Prado Museum, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cinemas and shops. The apartment is located 50 metres from the Prado Museum, 1 minute from Thyssen Museum and Plaza Cibeles and 10 minutes from the famous Puerta del Sol and Playa Mayor.

Luxury Prado Museum Apartment has a capacity of up to 4 people, with two terraces looking onto the street.

How to get there:

• From the Airport:
  • If you take a taxi it will be cost Eur 25.00 more or less. Nearest metro station is Banco España (line 2).

• If you want you can use the public parking in the Plaza de las Cortes, 50 metres away.

Payment Policy:

-An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.

-If your stay is less than 7 days: An additional booking charge of 50% from the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or www.paypal.com. The other 50% must be paid to the owner 7 days before the arrival date the same way.

-If your stay is longer than 7 days: An additional booking charge of 30% from the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or www.paypal.com. The other 70% must be paid to the owner 7 days before the arrival date the same way.

PLEASE NOTE: the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them. You should make the pre-payment within 7 days once you have made your booking. If you fail this, the owner can cancel your booking.

You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 250.00 upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
