Saura Attic is an unusual attic apartment located in Madrid city centre, close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Beamed attic ceilings give it a bohemian look that goes with the surroundings. Saura Attic is situated just 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol. Close to it you can also find Plaza Mayor, Las Descalzas Reales monastery, the Royal Palace, etc. There are about 20 minutes walk to the Prado Museum or Thyssen Museum. Nearest Metro stations: Sol, Tirso de Molina.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.

A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat

Additional Check-in/out Payments:

• All check-ins after 20.00h will have an additional charge of 30 euro.
• All check-ins after 24.00h will have an additional charge of 50 euro.
• All check-ins on Sundays or festivities will have an additional charge of 30 euro.
• All check-outs after 11.00h will have an additional charge of 50 euro. (In case you would like to leave the apartment after 11.00h you must put in contact with the apart.)
• All check-outs before 09.00h will have an additional charge of 30 euro.
