Terraza Santa Ana Studio is an original flat newly refurbished, located in Santa Ana Square, just 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol in Madrid center. Capacity for up to 4 people.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional fee for late check-in : Arrivals after 21.00h will have Eur 20.00 charge.

Cancelation Policy:

• If you cancel the reservation 20 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay the first accommodation night.
• If you cancel the reservation 7 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay 50% of the total accommodation cost.
• if you cancel the reservation 24 HOURS before your arrival date you will have to pay 100% of the total accommodation cost.
